I have worked with Louise to support my child in having their EHCP changed to be more detailed and specific and submit evidence for our up coming tribunal to have our school of choice named on the EHCP. We needed an expert opinion on our daughter’s draft EHCP. The process of obtaining an EHCP is overwhelming, arduous and often lonely and it was for us until we found Louise. We will always be grateful for her obvious passion, hard work and diligence in helping us amend our son's plan and provide us with such clear and knowledgeable advice throughout the entire amendments process and beyond. Louise found countless areas within Sections B and F that were not worded as they were within our many assessments and professional reports, needs that were completely missing or simply not provided for specifically or quantifiably within our draft plan. Louise took such care in explaining the process to us before, during and after and when she was finished amending the plan, which only took a matter of days, we had a video call to discuss and see all her work via powerpoint! We always knew where we were in the process, our next steps, back up plans and how we were going to tackle the next obstacle the LA placed in our way and this gave us a sense of control and hope that we were starting to lose before we met Louise. I had received a draft EHCP and I knew it wasn't right as it was missing information from 2 expert reports, and I also felt it was missing information from the reports that had been used. Feeling very overwhelmed by the task of going through everything and trying to pick out what needed to be included in the plan, I approached Louise who went through the draft and all the reports, and sent me her recommendations (all 138 of them!) She was super quick but very thorough, explained everything she recommended to be changed via video call, and was friendly and approachable throughout. I would highly recommend Louise and I will be back if I need further help in future!

Fantastic service! EHCP was edited and returned super fast, and Louise is so knowledgeable and helpful. I would never have known half of the things she included, her years of teaching children mean she really knows her stuff!
