I offer EHCP support for parents who are wondering what to do next. If the plan does not reflect your child, support is not happening, or your child is struggling to attend school, we can look at the evidence and work out a practical next step together.

Sometimes one conversation is enough to see a way forward. Other times you want someone to read the reports, help with paperwork or join a meeting. We can start with the thing that matters most now.
- Tell me briefly what is happening. Include any important deadline; you do not need to send the whole file yet.
- Talk it through. A one-hour consultation is £66, with time to ask questions and decide on practical next steps.
- Choose any further support. I’ll agree each piece of work and its price with you before I begin.

What will support cost?
Some work has a set price. Document work depends on how much evidence there is to read and what you would like me to do with it. I’ll confirm your quote before starting.
One-hour consultation
£66A dedicated hour to discuss your situation, ask questions and work out practical next steps.
Draft EHCP review
From £165The cost depends on the number and length of reports and the edits needed. I’ll review the documents and give you a quote first.
SEND35 or SEND35a appeal form
£240I complete the form, cross-check the details and collate the paperwork with you. You can also submit the form yourself. Any further appeal work is quoted separately.
Other work is available, including EHC needs assessment requests, working documents, annual reviews and meeting support. My hourly rate is £66.

Hello, I’m Louise.
I’m a former teacher and SENDCo, and now I support families across England with EHCPs, meetings and appeals. I bring knowledge of the process, careful attention to evidence and a human approach to conversations that can feel overwhelming.
I’ll be honest about what the evidence says and help you decide what to do next. You remain in control of the decisions for your child.
