Perhaps your child’s needs are not being supported, their EHCP does not say what it should, or they are finding it harder and harder to go to school. You can tell me what is happening in your own words. I’ll listen, look at the evidence with you and help break a big problem into manageable next steps.

I can check a draft against the professional evidence and help you ask for changes that describe your child and their support clearly.

We can sort the paperwork and correspondence, identify the decision or delay and choose a focused next step together.

I’ll listen without assuming you already know the system. We’ll look at the evidence, talk honestly about the options and decide what matters most now. You stay in control of the decisions for your child or young person.
A brief enquiry and any deadline are enough to start. You do not need to send your whole file.
In a consultation, we can sort the questions and break the problem into manageable actions.
Do the next step yourself, ask me to complete one task or have me alongside you for longer. Each piece is agreed separately.

Hourly rate £66. We agree the scope and quote first.
If your journey leads to an appeal
You can choose what support looks like.
Some parents only want help with the form. Others want someone to review evidence, work through the document with them or attend the hearing. We can take it one stage at a time, so you know what I am doing and what it costs.
A £150 non-refundable hearing reservation fee secures my availability for the hearing date. If the hearing goes ahead, that £150 is deducted from my attendance fee. Other appeal work is charged at £66 per hour and agreed with you before it begins.

What about costs and commitment?
Do I have to book ongoing support?
No. You can book one conversation or one defined piece of work. If you want more help later, we will agree that separately.
Will I know the cost before you begin?
Yes. I’ll set out the work and its price or agreed estimate before starting. If more work becomes necessary, I’ll discuss it with you before doing anything further that is chargeable.
Can I spread the cost?
Payment plans may be possible for some work, but they must be agreed before the work starts. Unless we agree otherwise in writing, invoices are payable within 10 days.
