Reaching out is completely free; whether by email, call, or WhatsApp. Once you get in touch, we’ll have a relaxed, informal chat to discuss your situation and what support you’re looking for. This is also a great opportunity for you to share your concerns and I’ll provide tips where I can.
From there, I’ll provide a clear, tailored quote outlining how I can help and any costs involved, so you have all the information you need before deciding how to proceed. No pressure, just clarity and support from the start.
Pricing
When providing a quote, I estimate the time needed to complete your work to the highest standard. If you have a specific budget or deadline, we can discuss this to find the best approach for you. My goal is to return your work in plenty of time for you to review and feel confident moving forward.
Once any final changes are made, I’ll issue an invoice, which will be due within 10 days. If you need a payment plan, just let me know – I’m always happy to find a solution that works for you.
I want the process to be as clear and stress-free as possible, ensuring you’re fully satisfied with both the work and the experience.

With over 13 years of SEND experience across various settings, I bring a deep understanding of diverse needs and a problem-solving approach to every case. For over two years as an advocate, I have successfully helped more than 100 families improve their EHCPs – often making and securing over 100 accepted edits per plan.
I carefully review all supporting reports, using professional evidence to strengthen my edits and increase the likelihood of acceptance. The goal always being to create a clear, legally sound plan.

2. Quick Check – I review the draft against professional reports to ensure I can add value. You’ll receive an informed price estimate along with my terms and conditions to sign.
3. Thorough Review & Edits – I carefully cross-reference all agreed evidence and update the EHCP using the Working Document Policy to make edits clear and referenced.
4. Approval Call – We go through the revised EHCP over a video call (approx. 30 mins) to discuss any contentious points, explain my changes, and answer any questions. This is included in the fee.
I’m committed to delivering a fast turnaround on all paperwork to ensure timely submission to the local authority. However, I understand that needs can change unexpectedly. If you need to cancel after work has started, you will be charged at my hourly rate of £66 for the completed work. I will provide a detailed breakdown of the work done to support the invoice.
As a limited company, I fully understand the importance of proper insurance coverage to protect both my work and clients. I am fully insured to provide the services I offer. For your convenience and safety, all conversations and consultations will take place via telephone or video calls. Additionally, I am registered with the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) and adhere to strict guidelines to ensure the security and confidentiality of any personal information shared with me.
