Louise worked quickly and thoroughly, she was also very helpful to answer questions and explain what she had written in the paperwork. If I need help again I will definitely contact her!

Louise was warm and didn't assume knowledge at my end, which was really refreshing, and explained everything clearly. Louise worked so quickly with our EHCP draft and reports, and all barr 2 of the recommendations we sent back were included in the final draft. I definitely feel more confident around the process but will be seeking support from Louise when it's time, as her support was invaluable.

Lou reviewed our drafted EHCP which is a very overcoming task when you have so many reports. Lou took the time to take me through the changes she was proposing and what the process would be. This was all done very quickly. We haven't had a response from the LA yet but I suspect we will get them to shift on some points and leave the rest to a tribunal.
